Heating and Associated Services Ltd offer customers a full spectrum of planned preventative maintenance regimes, each tailored to your own specific requirements.

As long standing members of the Building and Engineering Services Association, we base each proposal around the specifications laid out within the Standard Maintenance Specification for Building Services, known as SFG 20 and the current British Standard for Electrical Installations, BS7671:2008.

All of our highly skilled engineers are well versed in both the statutory and physical requirements of planned preventative maintenance, allowing them to provide an exceptional level of service together with a structured approach for remedial repairs and recommendations going forwards.
